The staff at the front desk were nice and helpful. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Even though the rooms were only cleaned once every three days, they were still kept in perfect condition as long as we maintained them. The cooking facilities were also a great feature, with all the necessary utensils provided.

The cleanliness of the apartment was beyond compare. Not a single fingerprint or speck of dust in sight, making it feel like I was the first person to ever stay there. The modern and stylish decor added to the overall ambience. The location was ideal, with beautiful views of London City Airport, Albert Dock, and the Thames. The nearby DLR station made getting around easy. The apartment had all the amenities one could need, including a convenient pod coffee maker. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the apartments is excellent, with easy access to the nearby City Airport. Despite being close to the airport, the rooms are well soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. the apartments are situated in a new area alongside the docks, providing a unique and refreshing atmosphere.
Some guests have mentioned that the security at the entrance felt oppressive, which could be improved.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the prices were very reasonable, making it great value for money. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, and I especially appreciated the Nespresso machine - a nice touch. Secondly, the location was perfect for me. Being close to the Chinese restaurant and a variety of shops made it very convenient. Plus, the proximity to the City Airport was a huge bonus. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I had a great experience at this hotel.

Clean, spacious apartments with AC, perfect for pairs. Close to London City Airport and overground train. Convenient location near DLR and walking paths/park. Nearby shops available. Great views of docks, railway, and airport.
